English pronunciation for the word "the"?

Hi, I wish someone could teach me about the English pronunciation for the word "the". Before vowels "aeiou", "the" is pronounced as "thee". Is there any other letters that makes "the" pronounced as "thee"? Is "the honorable" pronounced as "thee"?
