Trade offer?

I've been offered Marion Barber and Wes Welker for McGahee and Driver. I'm seriously thinking about it because Driver is so inconsistent, and McGahee's upcoming schedule is kinda tough(they still got San Diego, New England, and Indy). I just don't like that Barber doesn't get enough carries. Should I do it? And, do you really look at schedule when it comes to good players?
