How do I follow my dream while still keeping my family's wishes in mind?

I can understand that you may want to follow your family's wishes, but when it's all said and done, and you look back on your one and only chance at life, are you going to have regrets?? We all have to do what is good for US. While family is very important, it is very wrong of them to put such pressure on you and the decisions you make for your life. You are an adult, and I think you should let your parents know what a wonderful job they did raising you, but it does not mean that you are a failure because you want to make people happy with chocolate or beautiful pictures. :) Please, follow your heart. I'd hate to see you make the wrong choice and end up despising your mom and dad. Good luck to you.
