I would like to ask truck drivers a few questions also.?

I applied at Road master Truck driving school and had to drive to Indy to talk to someone. I live in Terre Haute. Everything was going fine until I told him I got released from being on disability and he said he would not be able to find someone to hire me. Why is that? Does anyone know a truck drivers school that I could apply to in Indiana? I would appreciate any help with this I could get. Thank you
