My stomach makes loud noises in cl?

in the morning i cant eat anything because iit makes me have to go to the bathroom and my stomach makes LOUD growling noies, and bubbling noises, and it sounds like im farting. but after i go to the bathroom im fine till like 6th period then after lunch my stomach makes loud noises and its so embarsing andm going into high school and i want to fix these problems but it has never happend till this year and its only during school its fine when i get home or on the weekends is there anything i can eat or take to fix this plus im only 14
