Summer clothes HELP??

So far I have 1 pair of jean shorts, 1 pair of green burmuda shorts, 1 pair of red fleece shorts, 1 pair of pink fleece shorts, 1 pair of grey fleece shorts, and 1 pair of plack fleeces shorts and only have $65 left and I am having the hardest time finding shirts to match the stupid choices of shorts I bought (some I bought last year) and I am going to need all of my $65 on under shirts, and shirt and that is all the money I have for clothes... How can I rock what I have and not look sloppy?? Thanks!!
