Read 1 Corinthians 10:16,17, and 1 Corinthians 11:23-29. This is called "Communion." We are required to do this weekly using wine and unleavened bread. It is a commandment. We are also required to wash each others' feet as Jesus washed the disciples feet. This is what keeps us in fellowship with God and keeps us under the blood of the Covenant. GB!
