Westbrook for Sims-Walker....should I do it?

I have Westbrook and they want a straight up trade for Sims-Walker. I also have Adrian Peterson, McGahee, and DeAngelo Williams for running backs and could use a good receiver. Any last second thoughts before I pull trigger on this trade would be greatly appreciated!!
