What court houses in LA provide forms for the Emancipation of a Minor?

I've been researching emancipation for almost 2 years now. I know how to go about the process and all of the pros and cons to emancipation. Im pretty sure the court will approve my emancipation for good reasons and I'm pretty sure one parent will sign. I have spent countless hours trying to find which court clerks office provides these forms in Los Angeles. The LASC website hasnt really helped me in any way. if anyone can help me please do. Im in a pretty desperate situation right now.
